When I started my fitness journey over 20 years, people told me to get a shredded physique; I would need to follow a fad diet, train seven days a week for up to 3 hours, drain myself with cardio and limit myself to only specific food options.

That seemed more like a punishment rather than enjoying the process. I was disappointed and hurt that I'd never look the way I wanted to feel in my body.

Soon, I realized it was all crap and a total waste of time.

I decided to enjoy the process that would keep me going and let my body speak for itself. I spent more time in science-based bodybuilding research, adapting the strategies, and making up a new mindset, and it worked wonders for me!
